Good design means clarity, consistency, creativity, readability and accuracy.
Good design draws the viewer in to read more, find out more, learn more.
And, I am also a grammar nut. My nickname used to be eagle eye, so you can probably guess why.
Some people ask me why my design studio is called BirdDesign – I don't design birds, after all. I tell them simply, "I love birds." They are beautiful to look at, lovely to listen to and they build clever homes without ruining any natural resources. What's not to love about birds? (And they are a natural pesticide to boot!)
